This program is designed to help attendees develop their understanding of construction project management and cultivate their leadership skills to become effective leaders. In this program, participants will explore project management topics such as, production based management, scheduling techniques, estimating and bidding fundamentals, valuable cost control techniques, project planning processes, and best practices for management and leading personnel. Participants will gain valuable leadership knowledge throughout the program and engage in a comprehensive exploration of leadership qualities in the concluding leadership course.

Award Ceremony

Open to all full‐program participants 2017 June 30 12pm - 2pm The Certificate Award Ceremony provides full‐program participants that successfully complete all of the courses in this high‐quality program a celebration to honor their accomplishment. Participants will be announced, handed a framed certificate of completion, receive a program T-shirt and photo opportunity. Catered lunch and cake provided. Full Course includes: Course handouts, book, morning and afternoon snacks, Certificate Award Ceremony ‐ lunch included with the Certificate Award Ceremony, Framed Certificate of Completion, and program T‐Shirt.

Individual Courses include: Course handouts, book, morning and afternoon snacks. The book titled “Hard‐Hat Productivity: the 9 Critical Factors for Maximizing Profits” by Norb Slowikowski will be used throughout all the classes in the program. (Only one book per participant will be provided)
