  • Transport(s) hazardous materials in commerce (common, contract, and private carriers)
  • Ship(s) hazardous materials for interstate, foreign, and intrastate transportation in commerce
  • Designs, manufactures, fabricates, inspects, marks, maintains, reconditions, repairs or tests a package, container, or packaging component that is represented, marked, certified, or sold as qualified for use in transporting hazardous materials in commerce
  • Prepares or accepts hazardous materials for transportation in commerce
  • Is responsible for the safety of transporting hazardous materials in commerce
  • Certifies compliance with any requirement under the Federal hazmat law
  • Represent that he or she is engaging in any activity(s) listed above
  • Is planning on sitting for a professional certification exam (CHMM, CHMP, REM, AEP, RHCMM or CEA)
